Account & Data Deletion Request
If you would like to request deletion of your RSI Time Manager account and the data associated with it, please email us at the address below.

What to include in your request
To help us process your request promptly, please include:
- Your full name as it appears on your account
- The email address associated with your account
- A brief confirmation that you are requesting deletion of your account and associated data
What will be deleted
Upon verification of your request, we will delete:
- Your user account and profile information (name, email, role, department, work schedule)
- Your PTO and banked PTO balances
- Your time off requests, overtime submissions, and schedule swap history
What may be retained
Certain records may be retained for legal, payroll, tax, or compliance purposes as required by law or company policy. Where required to retain such records, we will anonymize them where possible so they are no longer linked to you personally.
Response time
We will respond to your request within 30 days. If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will contact you using the email address on file.
