Sales Account Manager
To help expand our sales market to a broader customer base. Salary is based on commission plus benefits package. This position is backed by our excellent support staff.
Installation Specialist
Responsible for the setup, installation and training of new customers. Position requires relative IT work experience. Previous PC/LAN installation and setup experience is a plus. Must have strong understanding of PCs. Accounting knowledge is a plus. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, multi-task and communicate with others. Does involve travel, some nights and weekends required. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Help Desk
Responsible for troubleshooting all incoming calls for hardware, software, and network issues..Must be able to communicate professionally and work in fast paced environment. Position requires relative work experience in IT or previous help desk experience. Strong troubleshooting skills are also a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
Field Technician
Responsible for traveling on site and repairing or modifying computer hardware. Must have professional appearance and good communication skills. Must have a valid driver’s license. Knowledge of PC configuration, troubleshooting and repair. Salary based on experience.
