Retail Systems, Incorporated was established in 1977 to serve South Carolina, Georgia and North Carolina areas with the latest technological advancements in electronic cash registers, computers, software, systems support, and technical support for all retailers.

The Corporate Office is located in Columbia, South Carolina. In response to the tremendous growth in South Carolina, additional offices were opened in Myrtle Beach S.C. in 1994, Charlotte N.C. in 2000 and Greenville S.C. in 2001. From these offices, Retail Systems, Inc. provides marketing, training administration, and support functions to our many thousands of retail customers. In addition to the computer systems marketed by Retail Systems, Inc. it is the sole dealership for IBM, NCR, Posiflex, POSI-touch, Microtouch, and Panasonic Point of Sale Equipment. This diversification of product has enabled the company to provide state-of-the-art retail systems for supermarkets, fast food restaurants, table service restaurants and bars, school cafeterias, general merchandise, specialty stores and hotel/motel operations.

Retail Systems, Inc. major expertise has developed as a result of providing complete turn­key Point-Of-Sale Systems that include POS Terminals, Back Office Computer Systems, Communications Software and pertinent Application Software Packages.

All offices have a complete staff of trained professional technicians and software/support personnel to assist our customers in every aspect of their system installation. Retail Systems, Inc. has been a pioneer in implementing a computerized dispatch system for the ultimate in customer service. Detailed information provided by our dispatch system provides prompt response time to service calls and alerts our service manager of reoccurring problems. It also provides each customer with a complete and detailed synopsis of service call history to monitor system performance.
